Design and renovation
made beautifully simple.
A 1990s home in Remuera, reclad and elegantly transformed. Muted taupe grey weatherboards give way to smoked herringbone oak floors inside — a material shift that sets the tone from the threshold. The kitchen layers deep oak and Nappa shaker cabinetry beneath a Calcutta Sinfora benchtop, precise and considered. Bathrooms arrive in zellige and aged bronze, surfaces that hold light in unexpected ways. The overall impression is one of considered restraint, nothing added that doesn't belong.
